Built on a Personal Promise
In 2017, Tanner was his father's primary caregiver — searching for a place that felt like more than a placement. That experience became a promise. In 2021, he opened Timeless Care Homes to give families in Fort Worth exactly what they'd been searching for.
His deepest hope for every family here: that you can finally rest. Not just in your body — but in your heart. Knowing your loved one is safe, known, and genuinely loved. Families tell us they actually enjoy their visits instead of leaving more worried than when they arrived.
Tanner also leads the Built For Care Mastermind — a community of ethical residential assisted living operators working to raise the standard of senior care across Texas.

Many of our families arrive after spending a year or more at a larger assisted living or memory care facility. They've been told their loved one's needs have outgrown what the facility can handle — that they need to bring in additional private caregivers, or it's time to find somewhere else.
That's where Timeless often steps in. With two caregivers per 10 residents, awake through the night, we're equipped for what many facilities simply aren't. We have Certified Dementia Practitioners on staff, a secure environment, and a team that doesn't flinch from complex care needs.
Our goal is simple: to be the last move your family ever has to make.

Our two weekly gatherings have become something no one planned for — and something no one wants to miss. Neighbors fall in love with the residents and the team. Families lean on each other, share the journey, and find comfort in people who truly understand. What started as community events have quietly become a support group, a friendship circle, and a second family for everyone involved.
Pam's Wednesday Gathering
Crafts, mindful moments, and coffee hosted by our beloved neighbor Pam — who started coming as a volunteer and never really left. Residents, family members, neighbors, and friends all gather. You'll see exactly why people keep coming back. Tours available at 2:30 PM.

Saturday Morning Coffee Chat
Hosted by Tanner and his wife — coffee, activities, laughter, and real conversation. Families often tell us these Saturday mornings are the highlight of their week. Neighbors pull up chairs. Families who've never met find comfort in each other. Tours available at 10:30 AM.
